When you send a booking request, we may collect your name, mobile number, requested date and time, group size, preferred area, selected event and any notes you provide.

How it is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry, confirm or decline availability, manage the requested booking and contact you about necessary changes.

Website form processing

This website is hosted on Netlify. Booking form submissions may be processed and stored through Netlify Forms so the venue can review and respond to them.

Retention and sharing

Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to manage the booking, resolve enquiries and meet legal or operational requirements. It is not intended to be sold to third parties.
